Central Oregon Leasing & Management – Residential Division, Inc. began in 1995 when Lori Browning, Principal Broker, purchased the residential property management department from COLM, Inc.

We currently manage approximately 210 residential properties. The staff backgrounds include law enforcement, real estate, land development, residential and commercial construction. This diversity helps us to better understand and serve the needs of our Clients.
